Main icons being used in the Discussion feature

Description:  

With the Discussion feature introduced, the commenting was enhanced, e.g. allowing multiple comments for segments, comments on document level, etc. 

• When a document or segment has no comment, the Discussion icon looks like this:
• When a document or segment has a comment, the Discussion icon turns yellow.

        When a segment has notes and discussions, the Discussion icon turns yellow with a red dot in it.

• When a project topic or a discussion on segment level is entered and open, the Discussions icon looks like this:
• When a project topic or a discussion on segment level is closed, the Discussions icon looks like this:
• When a project topic or a discussion on segment level is resolved, the Discussions icon looks like this:
• When a topic was answered, the Discussions icon looks like this:
• When a topic is not sticky, the Discussions icon looks like this:
• When a topic is sticky, the Discussions icon looks like this:
• When a topic has a LQA relation, the Discussions icon in the segment looks like this:
