General information about your account
With your my memoQ account, you can:
- manage your licenses and SMA agreements,
- manage your memoQ cloud subscription,
- view your memoQ invoices
- activate your memoQ product (if automatic online activation does not work)
The my memoQ account is personal, so you can sign in with one email address. You will see the licenses and the memoQ cloud subscription that were purchased using that email address.
To sign in, go to our website, and click the Sign in to my memoQ button.
The sign-in page is the same as that of Language Terminal.
If you do not have a my memoQ account, click the Sign up button in the top right corner. If you need help with signing up, see this Help Center article.
After signing in, you can perform tasks related to your memoQ products.
The Licenses page shows your serial numbers and SMA expiry dates.
To extend a product's Service and Maintenance Agreement (SMA), click the Extend SMA button next to that product's name. For more information, check the How does SMA work? pane.
Rent translator licenses for your server
If you are a memoQ server customer, you can flexibly extend your license pool by renting new licenses.
Manage your memoQ cloud subscription
The memoQ cloud page shows your cloud-related settings.
As a memoQ cloud owner, you can:
- Change the admin password
- Schedule the backup and update for your cloud instance
- Set up IP filtering for the Web Service API
- Manage the number of licenses
- See your server's URL address. You can copy it to the clipboard for easy sharing.
View your invoices
See the list of your invoices under the Invoices menu.
To view an invoice, click the View button next to the invoice number.
Manually activate memoQ
If you cannot activate your memoQ product online, you have the option to activate it manually through your my memoQ account.
On the Activation page, drag and drop the activation XML file to the gray icon.
The Help pane on the right tells you how to get that XML file, and how to use it to activate memoQ.
